How pricing works
Every project is different — the price depends on factors like image volume, complexity, and turnaround time. Because of this, we don't use a fixed price list.
Send us a sample batch, and we'll calculate a personalized quote — usually within 24 hours. Work begins only once you've approved it, so there's no commitment upfront.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every order includes revision rounds until the images match your brief. We won't consider a project finished until you're satisfied with the final look.
How do you make sure the images match my style?
We ask for reference images and written notes before starting. For returning photographers, we build a style profile from previous batches, so every new set stays consistent with your established look.
Can you handle a full wedding or a large shoot?
Yes — our workflow is built for volume. Large batches (weddings, commercial shoots) go through the same quality control as smaller orders, just with a longer agreed turnaround.
What happens to my images after delivery?
Your uploads and finished files stay in your private workspace. We don't use client images for promotion without separate, explicit permission.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
We work with standard RAW and JPEG formats from any camera system. Delivery format (JPEG, TIFF, layered PSD) can be agreed per project.
How much does it cost?

How fast is turnaround?

Photographer registration
Register as a professional and we automatically create your own private SmugMug workspace — an Uploads album for the images you send us and a Downloads album for the finished files. Your links appear in your client portal.
