    2.1 Contact (form, email)

    • Data: name, email address, message content, selected service.
    • Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
    • Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent.
    • Retention: 2 years from contact, or until consent is withdrawn.

    2.2 Account registration

    • Data: email, name, password (hashed), profile settings.
    • Purpose: to provide a user account, file sharing, order management.
    • Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract.
    • Retention: until account deletion, or 3 years after last login.

    2.3 Orders & invoicing

    • Data: name, billing address, email, order details, payment identifier.
    • Purpose: to deliver the retouching service and issue invoices.
    • Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) — contract and legal obligation (Hungarian Accounting Act § 169).
    • Retention: 8 years for accounting documents.

    2.4 Transactional emails

    • Data: email, name, order-related information.
    • Purpose: confirmations and status notifications.
    • Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract.

    The Website uses cookies strictly necessary for operation, and may use analytics cookies to measure traffic. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).

    3. Processors

    We use the following processors to deliver the service:

    • Hosting & backend: Supabase Inc. (USA) / Lovable Cloud — database, file storage, authentication.
    • Email delivery: Resend, Inc. (USA) — transactional emails.
    • Online payments: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — card payment processing.
    • Web hosting: Lovable (Sweden).

    Transfers to third countries take place under an EU Commission adequacy decision and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

    4. Your Rights

    As a data subject you have the right to:

    • information and access;
    • rectification;
    • erasure ("right to be forgotten");
    • restriction of processing;
    • data portability;
    • object to processing;
    • withdraw consent at any time.
