    This page is maintained by Retouch & Editing Studio to set out the general terms and conditions of using retouch-editing-studio.com and ordering our photo retouching and related services.

    2. Scope of Services

    We provide digital photo retouching, restoration, editing and related creative services based on the files and instructions the client uploads. Each order is treated as a custom service. The exact scope, turnaround and price are confirmed in writing (email or order status message) before work begins.

    3. Orders & Payment

    • Orders are placed through the Retouch Order form on the Website.
    • We review every order and may accept, reject or request clarification.
    • Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise agreed. Payment is handled by Stripe.
    • We only accept card payments. Work begins after full payment is received.
    • The client is responsible for the accuracy of contact, billing and upload details.

    4. Turnaround & Delivery

    Turnaround depends on the complexity and current workload. An estimated delivery time is provided with the quote. Deliverables are made available for download through the client portal or by a direct link. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete instructions, poor source quality or force majeure.

    5. Revisions

    We aim to match the client's instructions. Minor adjustments are included if they fall within the originally agreed scope. Additional requests or a change of scope after work has started may require a new quote.

    6. Right of Withdrawal

    Under EU consumer protection rules, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, because our services are custom-made and digital performance may begin immediately after payment with your express consent, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once work has started. If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact us as soon as possible.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The client retains all rights to the original images. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the edited deliverables for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. We may use anonymised before/after samples for portfolio and marketing purposes only with the client's prior consent.

    8. Liability

    We perform services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. We do not guarantee that every editing request is technically achievable if the source material is insufficient.

    9. Privacy & Data

    Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

    10. Governing Law & Disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

    11. Changes

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
